Clients of Wellness 4 U don’t need to fit into someone else’s modality or mode of being. Our work comes from the premise that you are your own expert in your situation. We travel alongside our clients, guiding them to solutions, while using various therapeutic styles, esoteric philosophies, positive encouragement, and evidenced-based practices.

 

 

 

Our Clinical Services

We offer clinical services, including single-session interventions, short and long term focused individual therapy sessions, group therapy, workshops, self-help material, and mental health services.

Wellness 4 U is a safe program for clients to begin releasing strong, repressed, or difficult-to-express emotions. We help guide individuals to the answers they seek. So long as you have “hope,” are willing to do some “work,” and trust the “process,” we are confident in our ability to assist you with your therapeutic goals.

In your first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and decide the most appropriate ways to help you progress.

What makes Wellness 4 U services unique is that we employ evidence-based practices, metaphysical psychology, and philosophy to educate and treat clients. Metaphysical psychology explores abstract principles that shape our perception and reason, investigates and examines changeable things and how they are connected, and encourages seeking answers to questions concerning the nature of the world, the self, and our responsibility.
